Check your meal records on the calendar. Use statistics to analyze your eating patterns.
A: Tap on a date in the calendar to see your records for that day. From there, you can edit or delete any entry.
A: Long press on your home screen to enter edit mode, then tap the "+" button in the top left. Search for "MyDailyEats" and add the widget.
A: Go to Settings and select "Export Data" to export your records in CSV format.
A: On the statistics screen, you can switch between 7 days, 30 days, and 90 days at the top of the screen.
A: Data is stored on your device. When you back up your iPhone using iCloud or iTunes, your app data is included in the backup.
A: Yes! You can change the date when creating a record to add entries for past dates.
A: Yes! All data is stored only on your device. Nothing is ever uploaded to external servers.
