All text and images processed by this App are handled entirely on your device using Apple Intelligence. Your input text, translation results, and AI responses are never sent to our servers or any third-party servers.

2. Use of Apple Intelligence

This App uses Apple Intelligence to provide the following features:

• Text translation
• Grammar and spell checking
• AI question and answer
• Style conversion

3. Photo Library Access (Pro Version)

When using the OCR feature in the Pro version, the App requires access to your photo library to perform OCR (Optical Character Recognition) on selected images. This access is used only to:

• Read selected images using on-device OCR technology to extract text

Your photos are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded to external servers.

4. Full Access Permission

As a custom keyboard, SmartText Keyboard requires "Full Access" permission to function properly. This permission is needed to:

• Retrieve text from other apps to perform AI functions
• Insert processed results into text fields
• Access the photo library for OCR functionality (Pro version)

5. Data Storage

• Local Processing: All AI processing is performed on-device using Apple Intelligence.
• No Cloud Storage: We do not store text, translation results, or AI responses on our servers.
• Usage Counter: The free version locally records usage counts to manage daily limits, but this data is never transmitted outside your device.

6. Third-Party Services

This App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share data with third parties.

7. In-App Purchases

If you purchase the Pro version, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

8. Children's Privacy

This App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

9. Data Security

Since all data processing occurs on your device, your information is protected by your device's built-in security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, etc.).

10. Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store personal data, there is no personal information to access, modify, or delete. You can revoke the App's Full Access permission at any time through your device settings.
